MG-MAX is designed for various products loading testing by strictly complying with the five-class industry standard of JISC (Japan). MAX series possess powerful testing function with specialized software. For example, by matching with related testing software, MAX can capably perform accurate testing for connectors, silicon-rubber switch, pull-press springetc.,virtually display Force/Displacement curves,outputprint out all testing data on needdo statistics & analysis, also can save on disk.
1. Fundamental Configures:
1 set of Mainframe, NTS Transducer (10N, 100N, 500N for option), Omron Servo system, LCD Display (640×480), Fixtures (Φ2, Φ4, Φ6, Φ8, Φ10, Φ12) mm, Disk driver, Switch testing software, Micro-printer.
2. Function:
Load accuracy: 0.01g (load 10N) 0.1g(load 100N) 1g(load 500N) Max. Testing travel: 300mm Displacement resolution: 0.01mm Adopt non-phase constant testing. Testing speed is capable be set from 0.5mm/min to 1000mm/min. Units can be switched to N, gf, kgf, lbf. Specsmodel is changeable without limitation,can save 100 units. Intelligent over-loading protects. Max can auto switch offreturn against loading units crush as the loading (displacement) exceed the settled scale by automanual operation. The testing resultcurve graphs can be output via in-built 110mm thermoelectric pair,be saved by disk. One disk can save 100-200 curve datamore. Extendable port includes RS-232C computer adaptor, printer adaptor, input/output adaptors, digital vernier caliper adaptor, bar code reader adaptor, simulation output adaptor.
3. Testing Range:
3.1. Compression testing (blendingflexure): generally for micro precision spring test of highness digital IT products, can perform non-phase constant testing, intuitiveunderstandable graphs.
3.2. Spring features testing: Used in stresselasticity testing for various silicon rubber switches, metal strips spring, pellicle switch.
3.3. Joint load testing: lots conductive silicon rubber switch, ON/OFF joint loaddisplacement testing for metal pellicle switch.
3.4. Pull-load testing: Application for all kinds of electric connectors. Pullinginserting force of terminal.
3.5. Peel, tear testing: used for Peeltear testing of precision electric PCB board, adhesive tape. SMD encapsulation strips, glue.
3.6. Tension (elongation) testing: For elongation testing of springrubber new materials.
3.7. Besides, it can also do breakage, rupture, adhesiveetc. testing.
4. Data sampling tracks:
MAX possess 640×480 LCD,can virtually display the Force/Displacement curve graphstesting results. Data can be adapted with 8 units once. Evaluation optional, evaluate products by OKNG. And it can outputprint out testing curve graphs with inbuilt thermoelectric pair printer. The machine can also do statistics & analysisauto calculation,generate the average value,specimen standard difference, vibration, engineering capability indexmiscellaneous parameters of testing results,print out. The testing results can also be obtained to manage reports via extendable adaptor of personal computer. Including:
4.1. Data reading adaptor, this software for option, to obtain graphstest by this software connecting to computer.
4.2. Data reading software, this is for option, to obtain testing resultsdo statistics report by the software on computer.
4.3. Testing results will be saved on floppy diskdisc (saved in CSV form), to obtain the curves through the picture edit tool of Excel on computer.
